Sassy Hot and Salty Sunday Eggs

This is a great dish to make for yourself when you have a little time.

Boil 2 eggs. We like our boiled eggs after they’ve been placed in boiling water and simmered for 7 minutes. Run them under the water to cool and peel.

Slice eggs and place in shallow bowl

Sprinkle with:

Splash of olive oil

Top with:

Chopped black olives
Generous shot of Sriracha Sauce

Enjoy with strong black coffee.
