Sriracha sauce is fun maybe because it’s a little thicker, or maybe it’s because we get to squeeze it, rather than shake it on. It gets its name from a small seaside city in Thailand, presumably for dipping seafood.

In North America, it seems we use the sauce on just about everything, so much so, it is now available in little to-go packets, so you can use it on exactly everything!
