Melissa Clark’s Sunday Soups: Green, Spring Things Soup

We found this soup recipe over at Melissa Clark’s own site, and we liked it. It combines fresh spinach with hearty potatoes plus cilantro.

Because she uses so many fresh green onions and accents it all with fresh lemon juice, it has to be good.
