The Perennial Plate’s Video Travels –New on Foodsite Magazine
Marty Martindale

Because we find The Perennial Plate so rich in content, we wish to share it over time and not remind you of it only once. To this end, we plan to present one episode per week with a  link for your convenience in the upper-right column of Foodsite Magazine’s opening page.

The Perennial Plate, (http://www.theperennialplate.com) is a fascinating site, one which values, as we do, the culture of food. Their interesting travels, and they make us richer for them.

Chef and activist, Daniel Klein and cameraperson, Mirra Fine, have produced a weekly series of some excellent videos as they visited urban gardens, vast wildernesses, bloody hunting and very meaningful moments with others. Here are their biographies.

We hope you enjoy these episodes and that this duo keeps on doing what it is they do so well.

About Marty Martindale

Foodsite Magazine and Marty aim to help the cooking-challenged avoid dependence on others due to lack of cooking knowhow. We concentrate on quick breakfasts, portable lunches and “good-4-u” night meals. With readily available web translation, the magazine explains separate foods, a little of their history, their nutrition, suggested “go-withs,” serving ideas and links to foodsites with recipes.
