Did you know the Romans used to consider almonds “Brain Food?” We tend to think if macaroons and other sweets when we think of amonds. Like so many other popular foods, we are not having to wait for dessert for them to appear.

The folks at the Huffington Post’s Healthy Kitchen have come up with some great savory almond recipes.
