Less of the Minimalist

Oh those cozy, sleep alluding, wee hours in the den lit only by my laptop screen, a brand new New York Times’ Minimalist video, mini-size, full-screen, my choice.

The Minimalist is everything the word suggests:  succinct, concise, matter-of-fact, logical, so simply-put, so WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT??? His practical genius, was no-nonsense, with no wasted steps, no excess ingredients, no frivolity, just healthy and delicious. Easy. And, quick. We’ll still get to see him, but not weekly as before.
