Surely you have noticed how few groceries $100 buys these days, even if you have cut back on the amounts of meat you used to buy. It’s no coincidence this is National Whole Grain month, and it comes just in time. We’re more conscious of obesity and threats of diabetes, so we’re trying to cut back on stretching foods with potatoes and white rices and pastas.

So here’s a realistic solution:  GRAINS.

They are filling. They are healthy. They are delicious.
