Also handy and easy:
- Separate leaves, wash, discard fat, tough ends.
- Slice across stem ends in ¼-inch slices — green tops in 1-inch slides
- Place in microwaveable bowl
- Add splash of water
- Add splash of soy sauce
- Add small splash sesame oil
- Add dash of hot sauce (optional)
- Add left-over, cooked, rice, farro or pasta (optional)
- Cover and microwave on high for one minute.
