Stuffed or deviled eggs are  not just for picnics and large gatherings. They are also very nutritious and delicious.  Before you add the stuffing to your hard-boiled eggs, place a layer of  thinly-sliced prosciutto over the egg white, then, over it,  pipe your deviled mixture through the corner of a plastic bag you squeeze.
